We've all had personal expiriences that have affected our life in too many ways to count, right? That's what the song 'Swallowed In The Sea' by Coldplay from the album X&Y reminded me of.

What's happening in the world breaks my heart and makes me cry. Being strong can be tough when you're weak. As many of us could say, if we were to put our lifestory into a song, it would be a hundread miles long. But what I've learned is to get back up when life knocks you down.
